The Creatures soil mixes make for a more natural habitat that allows for burrowing and other enriching behaviors. Creatures Soil is a safe, proprietary blend of natural materials, including Peat Moss, Sand, and Carbon.  It is specially mixed to increase humidity and promote natural burrowing behaviors. The soil works well for live plants too!  For alternatives, you may also use the Creatures Sand which contains natural calcium carbonate, or the Creatures Eco Soil made of compressed, expandable coconut fiber.
