live beneficial bacteria and enzymes that

Tending to live on aquarium surfaces, such as filter media, decor, and gravel, nitrifying bacteria
convert hurtful ammonia and nitrite into nitrate to help balance your aquarium.
With
one dose weekly, per the instructions and tank size, the beneficial bacteria and enzymes break down excess waste from potential over feeding or detritus in the tank.
This can also help your filter and reduce its maintenance!
The PURE spheres are designed to provide a surface on which the bacteria and enzymes can thrive and slowly be released. It is on the surface that they will reside until the right conditions are met where they can be best utilized and used most efficiently. PURE is "
time released" and
could not be overdosed as any additional bacteria will wait until the time is right to be released. These clear spheres will
disappear to the naked eye when placed into the aquarium, and will work best with a filtered tank system.
While the sphere will not dissolve completely, what remains will be too minute to notice and will be easily removed during the next water change. Even though this will not replace the water change method, it does provide safety in knowing that your aquarium is prepared for any imbalance!
